Umaru Aliyu

Founder and President of Brains & Hammers since 2007, Umaru has over 20 years experience in the construction industry.

He is a graduate of Business Administration [Ahmadu Bello Univeristy],

and is also an alumnus of Webster University, USA from which he graduated with a Masters in Public Administration.

Umaru is also Founder and Chairman, Shelter Optimum Property Development Company, as well as Chairman, Check Inn Hotels (Nig.) Ltd.

Ifeoma Okoye
ED, Business Developement

Ifeoma is a professional with over 20 years experience in start-up operations across Human Capital Management, Real Estate Development and Management, Business strategy, Turnaround plans, process mapping and Business Re- engineering.

She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Middlessex University Business school(UK). She is a chartered member of the chartered institute of personnel and development (M.C.I.P.D) and a member of the Chartered institute of Managers.

Ifeoma has a sound knowledge of real estate investment strategies and fund generation, with experience spanning developing sales, marketing communications and budget plans to implementing sound corporate governance structure for large corporates, SMEs in Nigeria and the UK.

Ibrahim Wushishi

An alumnus of Staffordshire University, UK, Ibrahim brings to this position over 11 years of wide-ranging inter disciplinary experience in Nigeria’s real estate industry, as well as excellent skills in facilities management,

administration, government relations, sales as well as business development.
Aminu Muhammed
ED, Technical
Graduated from Civil Engineering Department ABU Zaria, worked with (Ikonibo) Shell Petroleum Development Company Servicing Company.He proceeded to University Putra Malaysia were he gained Masters in Structural Engineering & Construction.
Aminu has been the MD/CEO of the following companies Power & Telecomms Limited, Minno Global Concepts Limited, Amnur Engineering Services Limited and later Head of Technical Services of Invest Homes Limited which Is a Lagos Subsidiary to Brains & Hammers,.He is registered with almost all relevant professional bodies with many different projects in all parts of the country.

A stern change agent, service delivery expert with over 20 years’ combined experience in consulting, construction management, banking service delivery and operations management. Highly customer-centric with tested ability in startups in new environments and new ideas. Alumni of Amadu Bello University Zaria (URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING).
